This recipe combines tender steak bites and succulent shrimp in a rich garlic butter soy glaze. It is a simple yet flavorful dish perfect for a quick meal.

- 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
Instructions
- Pat the steak bites dry with paper towels. Season with salt and pepper.
- In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium-high heat.
- Add the steak bites and cook for 2-3 minutes per side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness. Remove steak from skillet and set aside.
- Add the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter to the skillet. Add the minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, until pink and cooked through.
- Stir in the soy sauce, honey, and sesame oil. Bring to a simmer.
- Return the steak bites to the skillet and toss to coat everything in the glaze.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
