Ingredients

  • 2 lbs shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 lb crab legs
  • 1 lb smoked sausage, sliced
  • 6 small red potatoes, quartered
  • 2 ears of corn, each cut into 3 pieces
  • 1 large onion, quartered
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 lemon, quartered
  • 1/2 cup seafood boil seasoning
  • 1 gallon water

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, combine water and seafood boil seasoning. Bring to a boil.
  2. Add potatoes and onions; cook for 10 minutes.
  3. Add sausage and corn; cook for 5 minutes.
  4. Add crab legs; cook for 5 minutes.
  5. Add shrimp and lemon; cook until shrimp turns pink, about 3-5 minutes.
  6. Drain the seafood boil and serve immediately.

  • Adjust the amount of seafood boil seasoning to your preference.
