- 2 lbs shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 lb crab legs
- 1 lb smoked sausage, sliced
- 6 small red potatoes, quartered
- 2 ears of corn, each cut into 3 pieces
- 1 large onion, quartered
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lemon, quartered
- 1/2 cup seafood boil seasoning
- 1 gallon water
Instructions
- In a large pot, combine water and seafood boil seasoning. Bring to a boil.
- Add potatoes and onions; cook for 10 minutes.
- Add sausage and corn; cook for 5 minutes.
- Add crab legs; cook for 5 minutes.
- Add shrimp and lemon; cook until shrimp turns pink, about 3-5 minutes.
- Drain the seafood boil and serve immediately.
Notes
- Adjust the amount of seafood boil seasoning to your preference.
- Serve with melted butter and hot sauce.
