 - 4 bell peppers (various colors), halved and seeded
 - 1 pound shrimp, peeled, deveined, and cooked
 - 1 pound crab meat, cooked
 - 1/2 cup cooked rice
 - 1/4 cup chopped onion
 - 1/4 cup chopped celery
 - 1/4 cup chopped red bell pepper
 - 1/4 cup mayonnaise
 - 2 tablespoons lemon juice
 - 1 tablespoon Old Bay seasoning
 - 1/4 cup bread crumbs
 - 2 tablespoons butter, melted
 
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
 - In a large bowl, combine cooked shrimp, crab meat, rice, onion, celery, chopped red bell pepper, mayonnaise, lemon juice, and Old Bay seasoning. Mix well.
 - Stuff each bell pepper half with the seafood mixture.
 - In a small bowl, combine bread crumbs and melted butter. Sprinkle over the stuffed peppers.
 - Place the stuffed peppers in a baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the peppers are tender and the topping is golden brown.
 - Serve hot.
 
Notes
- You can use any type of rice you prefer.
 - Adjust the amount of Old Bay seasoning to your liking.
 - For a spicier dish, add a pinch of cayenne pepper to the seafood mixture.
 - Feel free to add other vegetables to the seafood mixture, such as corn or peas.
