  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 can (10.5 ounces) condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 cups frozen tater tots
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, brown the ground beef with the chopped onion over medium heat. Drain off any excess grease.
  3. Stir in the condensed cream of mushroom soup, milk, salt, and pepper. Cook for 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
  4. Pour the meat mixture into a 9×13 inch baking dish.
