- 1 cup sourdough discard
- 4 tablespoons cold butter, cubed
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a food processor, combine the sourdough discard, cold butter, cheddar cheese, salt, and paprika. Process until the mixture forms a dough.
- Roll the dough out thinly on a lightly floured surface.
- Cut the dough into small squares. Prick each square with a fork.
- Place the squares on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Let cool completely before serving.
Notes
- For a sharper flavor, use extra sharp cheddar cheese.
