Ingredients

- 8 oz spaghetti
- 4 oz chorizo, sliced
- 8 oz shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 red bell pepper, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
- Grated Parmesan (optional)
Instructions
- Cook spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large pan, sauté chorizo over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pan, add shrimp and cook until pink (about 2–3 minutes per side). Remove and set aside.
- Add garlic and bell pepper to the pan, sautéing until soft. Stir in smoked paprika, then pour in heavy cream. Simmer until slightly thickened.
- Toss cooked spaghetti, chorizo, and shrimp into the cream sauce. Season with salt and pepper.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and Parmesan (if using). Serve hot and enjoy!
