Ingredients

  • 8 oz spaghetti
  • 4 oz chorizo, sliced
  • 8 oz shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 red bell pepper, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
  • Grated Parmesan (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large pan, sauté chorizo over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same pan, add shrimp and cook until pink (about 2–3 minutes per side). Remove and set aside.
  4. Add garlic and bell pepper to the pan, sautéing until soft. Stir in smoked paprika, then pour in heavy cream. Simmer until slightly thickened.
  5. Toss cooked spaghetti, chorizo, and shrimp into the cream sauce. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley and Parmesan (if using). Serve hot and enjoy!
