Instructions
- Pat the shrimp dry with paper towels to ensure a crispy texture.
- In a medium bowl, combine the olive oil, chili powder, smoked paprika, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
- Add the shrimp to the bowl and toss to coat evenly with the spice mixture.
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3-5 minutes.
- Arrange the seasoned shrimp in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook in batches if necessary to avoid overcrowding.
- Air fry for 6-8 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the shrimp are pink, opaque, and cooked through.
- Serve immediately with fresh lime wedges and a sprinkle of chopped cilantro, if desired.
