Description
Crispy, flavorful fries seasoned with a spicy Cajun blend, made easily in your air fryer.
Ingredients

 - 2 large russet potatoes, scrubbed clean
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning blend
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Wash and dry the potatoes. Peel them or leave the skin on.
- Cut the potatoes into 1/4 to 1/2 inch thick sticks.
- Soak the potato sticks in cold water for 15-30 minutes.
- Drain the potatoes and pat them completely dry with paper towels.
- Toss the dried potato sticks with olive oil in a large bowl until lightly coated.
- Sprinkle the Cajun seasoning, smoked paprika, and cayenne pepper over the potatoes. Toss again until evenly coated. Add salt to taste.
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3-5 minutes.
- Place the seasoned fries in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook in batches if needed.
- Air fry for 15-25 minutes, shaking the basket every 5-7 minutes, until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from the air fryer, season with additional salt if needed, and serve immediately.

- Soaking potatoes helps remove excess starch for crispier fries.
- Drying the potatoes thoroughly is crucial for crispiness.
- Do not overcrowd the air fryer basket for even cooking.
