- 1 lb potatoes, cut into fries
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp Cajun seasoning
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, toss the cut potatoes with olive oil, Cajun seasoning, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- Arrange the seasoned fries in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Do not overcrowd.
- Air fry for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- For extra crispy fries, soak the cut potatoes in cold water for 30 minutes before drying and seasoning.
- Adjust the amount of Cajun seasoning to your spice preference.
