Description
Quick and flavorful steak bites cooked in the air fryer with a spicy Cajun seasoning.
Ingredients

- 1 lb sirloin or top round steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp smoked paprika
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Pat the steak cubes dry with paper towels.
- In a medium bowl, combine the olive oil, Cajun seasoning, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper to form a paste.
- Add the steak cubes to the bowl and toss until evenly coated.
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes.
- Arrange the seasoned steak cubes in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry for 8-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the steak reaches your desired doneness.
- Remove the steak bites, let them rest for 2-3 minutes, garnish with parsley if desired, and serve immediately.
Notes
- For extra heat, add the cayenne pepper.
- Cook in batches if necessary to avoid overcrowding the air fryer basket.
