Ingredients

- 14 ounces artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup grated mozzarella cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, combine spinach, artichoke hearts, cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, garlic, and red pepper flakes.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Transfer mixture to a baking dish.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly.
- Serve hot with tortilla chips, crackers, or vegetables.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, use freshly grated Parmesan and mozzarella cheeses.
