Description
These Cinnabon rolls are filled with strawberry and cheesecake flavors. They are a sweet treat for any occasion.

- 1 can (12.4 oz) refrigerated Cinnabon cinnamon rolls with icing
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup fresh strawberries, diced
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9-inch round baking pan.
- Separate the cinnamon rolls and place them in the prepared baking pan.
- Bake for 13-17 minutes, or until golden brown.
- While the rolls are baking, prepare the cheesecake filling. In a medium bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Once the rolls are baked, let them cool for 5 minutes.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture over the warm cinnamon rolls.
- Top with diced fresh strawberries.
- Drizzle with the icing from the Cinnabon can.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- For extra strawberry flavor, you can mash some of the strawberries into the cream cheese mixture.
- If you prefer a less sweet roll, reduce the amount of powdered sugar in the cheesecake filling.
- These rolls are best served fresh, but you can store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
