Description

These Strawberry Cheesecake Stuffed Eggrolls are a delightful dessert combining crispy egg roll wrappers with a creamy strawberry cheesecake filling. Perfect for parties or a unique treat.


Ingredients

  • 8 egg roll wrappers
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup strawberry jam
  • 1 cup sliced fresh strawberries
  • Vegetable oil, for frying
  • Powdered sugar, for dusting (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  2. Gently fold in the strawberry jam and sliced strawberries.
  3. Lay an egg roll wrapper on a flat surface. Place about 2-3 tablespoons of the strawberry cheesecake filling in the center.
  4. Moisten the edges of the wrapper with water. Fold the bottom corner over the filling, then fold in the sides. Roll tightly to seal the egg roll.
  5. Repeat with the remaining wrappers and filling.
  6. Heat vegetable oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 350°F (175°C).
  7. Carefully place the egg rolls in the hot oil and fry for 2-3 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
  8. Remove the egg rolls from the oil and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
  9. Dust with powdered sugar, if desired, and serve warm.
