Ingredients
Scale
- 8 egg roll wrappers
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup strawberry jam

- Vegetable oil, for frying
- Powdered sugar, for dusting (optional)
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
- Gently fold in the strawberry jam and sliced strawberries.
- Lay an egg roll wrapper on a flat surface. Place about 2-3 tablespoons of the strawberry cheesecake filling in the center.
- Moisten the edges of the wrapper with water. Fold the bottom corner over the filling, then fold in the sides. Roll tightly to seal the egg roll.

- Heat vegetable oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 350°F (175°C).
- Carefully place the egg rolls in the hot oil and fry for 2-3 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove the egg rolls from the oil and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
- Dust with powdered sugar, if desired, and serve warm.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a pinch of cinnamon to the cream cheese mixture.
- You can use different types of fruit jam or fresh berries.
- Serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.
