Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine the shredded chicken, sweet chili sauce, and lime juice. Mix well.
- Lay out the lettuce leaves.
- Divide the chicken mixture evenly among the lettuce leaves.
- Top with shredded carrots, chopped cilantro, and chopped peanuts, if using.
- Fold or roll the lettuce leaves to create wraps.
- Serve immediately.
