  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs, beaten

  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1 unbaked 9-inch pie crust

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the mashed sweet potatoes, evaporated milk, sugar, beaten eggs, and salt.
  3. Stir in the cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and cloves until well combined.
  4. Pour the filling into the unbaked pie crust.
  5. Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
  6. Let the pie cool completely on a wire rack before serving.
