Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 packet ranch dressing mix
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 can (15 ounces) kidney beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can (15 ounces) black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can (15 ounces) corn, drained
  • 1 can (10 ounces) diced tomatoes and green chilies, undrained
  • 1 can (14.5 ounces) diced tomatoes, undrained
  • 4 cups beef broth

Instructions

  1. Brown ground beef in a large pot over medium-high heat; drain any excess grease.
  2. Stir in ranch dressing mix and taco seasoning until well combined.
  3. Add kidney beans, black beans, corn, diced tomatoes and green chilies, diced tomatoes, and beef broth to the pot.
  4. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 15-20 minutes, or until flavors have melded.
  5. Serve hot, and add your favorite toppings.
