A simple and flavorful taco soup recipe using a ranch packet for added zest.
Ingredients

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 packet ranch dressing mix
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 can (15 ounces) kidney beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can (15 ounces) black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can (15 ounces) corn, drained
- 1 can (10 ounces) diced tomatoes and green chilies, undrained
- 1 can (14.5 ounces) diced tomatoes, undrained
- 4 cups beef broth
Instructions
- Brown ground beef in a large pot over medium-high heat; drain any excess grease.
- Stir in ranch dressing mix and taco seasoning until well combined.
- Add kidney beans, black beans, corn, diced tomatoes and green chilies, diced tomatoes, and beef broth to the pot.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 15-20 minutes, or until flavors have melded.
- Serve hot, and add your favorite toppings.
Notes
- Customize with your preferred toppings such as shredded cheese, sour cream, avocado, or tortilla chips.
- For a spicier soup, add a pinch of cayenne pepper or a dash of hot sauce.
