Description

Simple casserole with ground turkey and tater tots.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1 package tater tots
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Brown ground turkey in a skillet; drain excess fat.
  3. Mix cream of mushroom soup, milk, onion, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  4. Combine the soup mixture with the ground turkey.
  5. Pour the mixture into a casserole dish.
  6. Arrange tater tots on top of the turkey mixture.
  7. Bake for 30 minutes or until tater tots are golden brown.
  8. Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top and bake for another 5 minutes until melted.
