A quick, easy, and healthy dinner featuring flavorful teriyaki-glazed salmon cooked to perfection in your air fryer.
Ingredients

 - 1 lb salmon fillet
- 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
- Optional: sesame seeds and chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Pat the salmon fillet dry with paper towels.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, and grated ginger.
- Place the salmon fillet in the air fryer basket.
- Brush or spoon about half of the teriyaki glaze over the salmon.
- Air fry for 8-12 minutes, depending on the thickness of the salmon and your desired level of doneness. Flip the salmon halfway through and brush with the remaining glaze.
- The salmon is done when it flakes easily with a fork and is cooked through.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions, if desired.
Notes
- For thicker fillets, you may need to increase the cooking time slightly.
- Ensure your air fryer basket is not overcrowded for even cooking.
