Ingredients

 - 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, oregano, basil, black pepper, and salt.
- Place chicken pieces in a resealable bag or shallow dish.
- Pour the marinade over the chicken, ensuring it is fully coated.
- Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours.
- Grill chicken until cooked through and juices run clear.
Notes
- For a spicier marinade, add a pinch of red pepper flakes.
- This marinade can be made ahead and stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
