A simple and satisfying tuna macaroni salad recipe.

- 1 pound elbow macaroni, cooked and drained
- 2 (5 ounce) cans tuna, drained
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked macaroni, drained tuna, mayonnaise, chopped celery, chopped onion, and sweet pickle relish.
- Add the lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Stir gently to combine all ingredients.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.
Notes
- For a creamier salad, you can add a little extra mayonnaise.
- Add chopped hard-boiled eggs for a richer flavor.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
