- 5 ounces canned tuna, drained
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon chopped celery
- 1 tablespoon chopped red onion
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 large tortillas
- 4 slices cheddar cheese
- 1 tablespoon butter, softened
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the drained tuna, mayonnaise, celery, red onion, and black pepper. Mix well.
- Spread the tuna mixture evenly over both tortillas.
- Top each tortilla with 2 slices of cheddar cheese.
- Fold in the sides of the tortillas and roll them up tightly.
- Spread softened butter on the outside of each wrap.
- Heat a large skillet or griddle over medium heat.
- Place the wraps in the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
- Slice in half and serve immediately.
