- 1 pound pasta, cooked and drained
- 2 cans (5 ounces each) tuna, drained
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1/2 cup chopped red onion
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, drained tuna, chopped celery, and chopped red onion.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, and lemon juice.
- Pour the dressing over the pasta mixture and toss to combine.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- For a lighter version, use Greek yogurt instead of mayonnaise.
- Add peas or corn for extra vegetables.
- Serve cold.
