Instructions

- Add the sugar, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients. Mix until just combined.
- Gently fold in the grated zucchini and chocolate chips (if using).
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with moist crumbs attached.
- Let the brownies cool completely in the pan before cutting and serving.
