Ingredients
2 cups all-purpose flour
¾ cup warm water
1 pound ground chicken
1 cup finely chopped Napa cabbage
3 green onions, thinly sliced
1 tablespoon grated ginger
Instructions
Mix flour and warm water gradually until dough forms
Knead dough for 5-7 minutes until smooth
Roll out dough into thin wrappers
Season ground chicken with soy sauce, sesame oil, and garlic
Mix filling ingredients to bind
Place 1 teaspoon of filling in each wrapper
Fold and pleat edges to seal dumplings
