Ingredients

Instructions
Preheat grill to medium-high heat (375°F). Sear chicken breasts for 5-7 minutes per side. Let rest 5 minutes.
Whisk together marinade: lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper. Brush onto chicken during grilling.
Cubed watermelon, crumbled feta, and chopped mint in a bowl. Mix gently.
Drizzle balsamic glaze over completed salad. Allow grilled chicken to cool slightly before serving.
